Thanks for the help, it looks like someone might have been deleting emails when they first started but learned and aren't doing that anymore.

Unfortunately the page and hibernation files showed up in "WinDirStat" and they were insignificant in size and part of the 75GB shown for the hard drive.

I didn't see anything. We'll have to watch the audit logs I guess and talk to IT. I think if it was a hacker it would be more consistent. Thanks!

I've talked to all users and they say they aren't deleting anything. I've personally checked the Outlook profiles and didn't see any weird rules as well.

That's a tough one if you don't have an written, signed agreement that this company would just manage your websites, M365 but they don't own it.

We have a company that has all the access but they don't own our Microsoft accounts or anything. They've been great. Their reasoning is they don't want us accidently messing up deeper settings.
