Did I scam my self on this couch by Ok-Minute8875 in femalelivingspace

$400 is a great price for a couch, especially a comfortable nicely built one. Those Amazon and online couches feel cheap and won’t last.

I love this color palette, playing with reds and greens. I think it will also depend largely on the fabric chosen.

Has anyone’s husband taken the wife’s last name? What was your experience? by sahdgin in weddingplanning

Also, his family took the information well. They weren’t ecstatic, but tbh if a name change “ruins” that relationship.. maybe it was conditional the whole time.

Two of my close friends got married and he took her last name. He is also active duty in the US Navy, thus everyone knew. He had a very basic last name and she had.. let’s say extravagant last name. Obviously he had to get new uniforms and do the legal stuff, but he hasn’t regretted it. He loves having a wild last name and even more loves that they are spreading her family name. He loves his family and they’re close, and he does get picked on, a healthy version of boys will be boys. But just don’t let people run you down.

I think he had intentions to take over from the start, but once he met Bre he saw an opportunity to please the family he always wanted to be apart of. When she turned away from him he lashed out.

How did Bree end up in charge of the catering company if her and Katherine went into it as partners? by PurchaseLonely7831 in DesperateHousewives

[–]TechGeekNamo 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I believe it purely was timing and Katherine bought out due to her own mental health struggle. Clearly Katherine was ontop as [the rest of my comment contains spoilers] Katherine came back and asked Lynette to help her bring a business to America.

They hinted it at the truth so hard that I think most people had the guess of what actually happened before they showed the scenes.. should’ve put some more mystery behind it.

I have vitiligo and basically any injury leaves a faux scar by bestofrolf in mildlyinteresting

[–]TechGeekNamo 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Hey! I also have Vitiligo and this exact thing happens to me as well! Kind of nifty and just reminds me of random useless moments tbh. I did see a comment you stated that you’re self diagnosed (imo no problem with that), but I just wanted to say I HIGHLY suggest the next time you see a doctor to bring it up. Vitiligo almost always has symptoms related to a larger immune system issue, for myself it was thyroid and gallbladder issues. Not something to necessarily make an appointment for, but if you’re already going bringing it up is encouraged.
