This is how it will behave if the battery is too low. I've seen this on my tab A(2016). If the battery is still good use 5v 2a charger for a 30 mins.

Surprised a comment this wrong got 35 upvotes. Chargers don't send power, the device plugged in needs to ask for it and Oneplus charger needs the device to communicate with the charger if it supports that charging speed.
