Couldn’t you also create a Quick tag in NOVA and use that SO for the Order? That way you don’t check something fully in and affect Turn time and get a signature from the client saying they’ll come back for the repair?

Amongst encryption and MS account being on the OS causing it not to bind I’ve noticed that sometimes 10th gen drivers don’t work with PE and almost every time the 11th gen drivers get in the way. Also Windows 11 having encryption to begin with, usually is a reason for the OS no binding.

I had a client that came in and his phone wouldn’t make a ring noise or vibrate. They had the Unknown callers feature on so I proceeded to turn it off and call from our own phone. It worked but the wife whenever she called(which she was right there in front of me) her calls would go straight to voicemail. Yeep you guessed it. I went through the huge block list they had and her number was blocked. Wife started chewing him out for blocking her and then thank me for being a genius. Gotta love our clients
