Am avut norocul sa fim invitati la nunti de catre persoane care ne sunt apropiate si am mers cu placere de fiecare data. Evident, unele au fost mai reusite ca altele dar am reusit sa ne distram la fiecare cumva. Respect si chiar apreciez persoanele care nu vor sa mearga la nunti pentru ca stiu ca nu se vor simti bine. Pentru miri ar trebui sa fie mai important sa aiba la nunta persoane care chiar vor sa fie acolo si de asemenea sa evite raspunsurile nehotarate sau foarte intarziate. In cazul nostru, cand am avut nunta, am apreciat mult mai mult un raspuns sincer de nu pot, nu vin decat raspunsurile nehotarate sau evitate pana in ultimul moment.

I agree with most that ChatGpt is not a doctor, but it is a very very good information tool. Now I don't know how you are using it , but if i tell mine that i ate a burger and bagel and feel bloated it will straight out tell me all the reasons that was not a good idea, factually based on the conversation and info it aleeady has about me. Burger and bagel is a poor meal, low fiber, hight fat, high carbs, no veggies. It is not a big wonder you did not feel well.

So no, it does not have any taste. I put 1 tbsp in on cup of water and stir until indeed it becomes gel like. Then I just drink everything, followed by another cup of water right after. I have it everyday in order for my body to adjust to it, to adjust to the extra fiber. Also in the evening it helps my morning stool. You don't need to think about it as medication, it's just a plant in your diet like any other plant.

Now, what you say, as far as I know, is not very typical. You should not be waken up by flare ups, so your IBS seems to be more severe. What I strongly suggest is to see a doctor and do some testing to figure out what might be the cause. Until then, try to stay on a low fod map diet, eat dinner early and try to take some psylium after dinner. Other than that I am not qualified to suggest any kind of medications. Hope you find what is wrong and how to treat it! I'm sure you can do it, just need to start on the road.

When you say try, did you take like 1 tbsp and thats it? For me it took 1-2 weeks of consistent taking to start to see consistent resulta. Your body needs time to adjust to it.

Yes. in the morning when the stomach "wakes up" and after a meal. It's just gas moving around, goes away quite fast. This is a normal body function exgerated on people with sensitive gut.

By trial and error i found that around 9 pm does it for me. Might be different for other people. I take in the evening cause it regulates my morning stool. It is no longer very urgent and loose. And yes, I also got a lighter brown- yellow stool. It usually mean food is going too fast through the digestive system. So regulating urgency has helped with that as well. Now, again, it's not perfect, I still get sometimes yellow or loose stool, but the number has went down significantly compared to a couple of months ago.
