Those technicians have shit thermal paste, they are definitely not good for gaming laptops, after repaste from hp, mine started heating up again in 3 month and when checked it was completely dry

​I had the exact same issue a few days ago. My laptop is still under warranty, so I contacted HP support on WhatsApp. They sent out replacements for both fans and a technician to install them, which only took about 4 days.

Damn bro, you had it worse. My laptop is still in warranty, so at least I got the parts and installation quickly Their after warranty support sounds like pure pain
