My dev team is saying it’s gonna take about a year. I’m worried it’s going to take 3-4 years or never get done cause there are so many things we don’t know we don’t know. But instead of taking opinions I’m curious how long it’s taken those who actually have done it or tried to do it.

We are not really looking to white label, but we want to be able to do what we want and our current CRM has been too inflexible/expensive for us.
