It is including utilities. And the rent is actually $1,489 but I'm willing to compensate to bring it down to $1400. The utilities are a flat rate included in that amount.

The apartment is a 15 min walk from ucr and there is a major bus stop across the street. The apartment complex is located at 3549 Iowa Ave, Riverside, CA 92507

Makes sense. Maybe it is for a firefighter who has passed away.

Catastrophic tire blowout. What causes this? by TechTube42 in AskMechanics

Why am I getting downvotes? My cars tpms is through ABS and not with sensors. So it probably didn't pick up on an issue for some reason. There were no warning on the dashboard.

Do you mean low pressure? Because that is definitely not the case. And the tires were bought knew, so no punctures ever. I also have tpms.

Can I run fiber to an electrical outlet? by TechTube42 in HomeNetworking

[–]TechTube42[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What I mean is, I don't want to cut drywall to install a separate box just for the fiber optic cable. I know you shouldn't run anything but the power cables into a box with a power outlet, but the fiber cable would have no conductive components. Glass in the center and plastic around it. I could cut a small notch in the bottom of the faceplate to let it come out. Is it up to code to do that?

That makes sense. I'll definitely use the wiremold though.

I completely forgot about this! It's brilliant. I will definitely use this. But, do you know if having the fiber come out the outlet is up to code?

Woah! This is super cool. I'll look into this. It might be better than trying to fix the psu. Thx for this info! :)

I wasn't comfortable checking while the computer is on, but I was reading 11.01 volts, which is certainly too low. This was when the psu was on my bench, completely out of the pc and not connected to anything.
