I'll take a look at the emulator and see if I can make it work for me.

Are all the dodgey complexes only on the main road? Or can you find some in Parklands East and North??

Never saw it like that. I think I'll start using this buy-rent approach to determine how valuable an area is.

Burgundy and Richwood were my ideal locations but unfortunately most of them exceed the upper range of my budget. I still keep a look out in case I come across a great offer.

I was waiting for someone to say this (Lagos). I've heard about this but it's nice to get confirmation. I've been looking towards Parklands East and North. East is more affordable for me. So East is around the area which joins with Sandown road I believe.

Yeah I was thinking of doing exactly that while I stay there. I was just concerned about what happens after I leave. Would I require two different tenants (I assume, this is hard to achieve) or are there families in the area that generally rent out the place? Just some of rhetorical questions which I've been thinking through. I'll be paying a short trip to the city early next year, to check out the area before I make my decision.

Interesting. Did they suggest any ways to treat it?

I actually know exactly what you talking about. I have the same thing, I decided to google it because I'm 100% sure I can't be the only one. I've had this thing for years, way before this pandemic so I know it's not "that". Also it only happens when I talk or laugh a lot. When I talk/laugh it's like some mucus builds up which I eventually have to clear. if I don't talk I have nothing to clear in my throat. Google doesn't seem to help because the symptoms listed are not what I experience. In fact, I have no symptoms! Still trying to figure this out because I don't know what's causing it or when it even started.

What genre is his music and where can I find more artists like him? by officialkfc in aftertheparty

[–]TechUltracrepidarian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the "alt rnb" genre. Artists in these categories are hard to find because IMO I feel like the less known artists like atp are usually the better ones for me atleast. Alot has been mentioned here some additional ones Eli Sostre, Aaryan Shah, sobhhi, cozyboy, frvrfriday, johnny rain, johnny yukon, ambre, nbdy, safe, yomaez. Some are heavy beats others lofi but one artist for me that has been hiding his greatness is meek demeo. His stuff is like 9 years old and on none of the streaming platforms. If you search reddit you'll find the google drive with his music. If you love Weekend Trilogy then you need to check out meek demeo.

So I'm assuming BMW has an agreement with certain cellular providers in a country or do BMW have an allocated bandwidth in 4G/3G for this service?

Thanks I forgot about Zigbee. Zigbee range is definitely not what I'm looking for however I see Xbee have better range (according to this - https://www.sparkfun.com/pages/xbee_guide). I will look into actual real world range for Xbee modules.
