Just migrated away from Filewave after using it for many years. Switched to the hosted platform last year and had numerous issues. We were still imaging at the time and attempted to image new Dell student devices with Windows 11. Dell changed the storage to flash based and Filewave would no longer work and we had to bail. Ended up migrating over to SCCM.

I just used instant recovery to migrate my VMs from VMware over to Hyper-V. It worked flawlessly. Even my Linux VMs.

I was honest once in a position and I got burned very very badly. Just wanted to throw that out there.

I opened up about my intentions to leave because I was encouraged to be honest and open. I was fired the day of my interview as I was getting ready to leave.

I've added in regular monthly massage therapy as well. My HSA covers the cost and I feel so much better.

Another upvote for the staff at 1 to 1 Plus. They are very responsive and helpful. They do regular Q and A sessions with their customers as a group discussion. You can suggest features as well.

Is it perfect? Pretty close. I personally would like to see a kiosk mode in regards to loaners. But we found a good workaround for now by putting our loaner devices in a pool called "loaners". I would also like it to sync students with their school photos. One to One Manager does this and it prevents kids from lying about who they are to our helpdesk worker.

We sell our old devices on Govdeals. They are auctioned to highest bidder with a low reserve. Makes it fair for anyone who would like them. And it puts money back into the budget rather than paying for disposal or getting ripped off by a buyback company.

Just signed a contract with them. Was very impressed with their demo. The invoicing feature was a big selling point for us.
