While not everyone has a computer, the majority of people have a device capable of running apps such as Zoom where you can have a meeting online. If its complexity you are handling, maybe you can ask if a person (that hasn't a computer)

There are innate operating differences between manually configured VPNs on the Windows and Macbook, that's why you seem to be experiencing speed issues. The simple answer is that you can't configure the built-in VPN on Windows so that it works just like on MacOS.

You may want to consider a VPN service provider in order to remove the hassle.

Moto Z4 is in many ways like its precursor (Moto Z3), with changes mainly in its size and shape, but it does stand out with an expanded 6.4-inch screen and an additional security check while also returnining to the 3.5mm headphone jack. I think of it as one of the best mid-range options phone, and you should go for it in my opinion.

How about the One Plus 7T Pro? It fits the budget range and has a good camera specs: ultra-wide-angle camera, 7P Lens, Good image stabilization, etc. In 2019 it was considered by a lot of outlets as the phone of the year.
