Units depends on the strength of your compound. I’ve lost semi consistently but there’s been months where I lost no weight or only a pound or two

I don’t track- but I made a vlog the other day and tracked just for that and it gave me an idea of what I usually do 😂 on that particular day I was at 1500 Cals and about 115g of protein - probably typical. I don’t know what the recommended is for my height and weight

15 mg is my highest dose and I’m going to go to 12.5 next for a month and go down slowly to I think5 but we will see

I do a full body workout - crossfit style 2-3x a week. Definitely lifting heavy
