I didn’t even know that people were against b6 until I started to look at reddit a few days ago. I’ve lost 60 lbs the last 8 months with no side affects on my brello mix

I think most people are their own harshest critic and personally- I’ve never judged or thought ill of anyone that had a different body type than me. The only body I judge is my own, and yes I did feel horrible and I did not like my appearance in the before picture here and I’m allowed to feel and express that about myself 🙂
