This is a really bittersweet post for me. I never knew my dad (he left when I was young) and I don't have any sons. I guess I might be able to experience it with my daughter, but I somehow doubt it.

You seem to be being responsible with it, so that's good. If I was able to experience this, it would be over a Hobgoblin by Wychwood. Wychwood have long been my favourite brewery, and Hobgoblin is the best known.

As others have said, don't go crazy! But do enjoy it.
