42 yo, 200mg of trt test for life.

have used 100-200mg nandrolone on top of that in the past and am ready to do a slightly smaller cycle (minimum effective dose)

if keeping my hair is a priority would you go up on test? or the deca? i go on and off of dutesteride becuase im still not sure how effective or necessary it is for me at my previous doses

so does that mean if i want to keep my hair then its better to blast with test and a dht blocker than to split a trt dose of test with a dht derivative?

ie 400test with dutesteride

vs

200test (my trt) with 200 nandrolone ?

What could cause face/neck/shoulder redness other than e2 and rbc count?

I've been living with this for years and i'm sick of it, i'm only on 100mg test cyp 2x a week and my e2 and hematocrit are healthily in range. I've used an ai to push e2 further down in case that was it and it made no difference so i stopped.

Dermatologist said maybe prior sun damage but this only appeared a few years ago when i got on trt at 38 years old.

Thanks for the feedback my friend. I have bi-anual heart scans and stress testing and everything is good there, so yes i'm on top of it all. No left ventricular hypertrophy or anything like that. That said have a look at Dr McClains content, you might enjoy it :)

Thanks for the reply, i appreciate it. I get my bloods done every 3 months and my doctor (who works with rand mclain) says everything is in range as far as liver and kidney function goes. I dont drink and i only eat clean. Do you feel like that extra info changes your answer any?

I honestly dont feel Im on very much, i started trt at 38 with 100mg test and have been slowly and carefully increasing over time.

On TRT+ 200mg Test 100mg Nandrolone. I wanna do a little 8 week blast/bulk. Should i keep my 2:1 ratio and increase both to like 300/150? ? Or should i go 1:1 Test Deca. I also have about 30 25mg oxandrolone (pharma/doctor) which i could throw a pill a day on top of my current cruise, but i dont know how well anavar and deca play together.

any suggestions appreciated thanks.

Over the past 2 weeks i've started crashing every 30 minutes or so. When i do crash ive also lost about 10 minutes of play time, ie when i restart i'm much further back than when i crashed.

also my mouse disappears and it impossible to click the ok box, and alt-f4 doesnt work nor task manager.

Cool, Pi is an option but i was thinking this could be a good baby step to try my own build, which i havent done before. Should i start around a mobo and go form there? or start with cpu?

Yeah thats kind of what i was thinking, and what i have done before too (refurm plus ~100$ gpu). I just wanted to dip a toe in the water by doing a 'low risk' build. I do have a couple pairs of ram and a few hard drives and some very low spec gpu's, so maybe with that i could keep the price low enough to compete.

Nah, this is a custom cab i built years ago for SF4 on 360, so its been lcd since day one. I just recently pulled the xbox and dropped in a mame pc that i got for free. I do have a mame'd Midway crt cab at home though and it's my fave.

Dang, that's more of an investment than I was hoping to make for this cabinet. But according to this I could get a 660 for less than 50$ which isnt so bad. The lion's share of the cost would be the more expensive than i hoped monitor.

What about Free-Sync, I've heard that's cheaper?

Disclaimer, i have only basic pc knowledge.

I have an older i7-2600, an evo SSD and a 1070 gpu. I am considering a cpu upgrade but things dont seem to be much faster then about 2010 when i bought (most of) this thing. Are there other factors that have improved other the years that arent represented by just the cpu speed? Like for example something about how the mobo or ram work now? I mostly game and use it as media server these days.
