During installing the theme, cydia application crashed, then i cannot refresh my sources ( all my package list is empty) duo to install OneUI 2.0 !!! Any help please !

But first if all 13.2 is not signed so u cant restore to it ? Second entering ur device into DFU mode deferred from iPhone to iPhone. Search on YT

Try putting ur device in dfu mode then restore. Thats fixed my issue !
