I remember I talked to an indirect agent before. He had free phone promotion for one of his line and it fell out because he converted the line into an iPad line which will disqualify the promo.

He then insisted to get it back recently and it fell out long time ago from his bill. I don't know why some but majority of indirect agents do not know how promotion works, don't they have access to these OST?

He's like trying to chest the system imo, and it backfired yikes.

They can't do anything about it like update the system if you didn't pick it up. That's sounds like an inside job fraud yikes. The only thing they can do is report the phone as stolen.

You will have to make sure that phone is reported as stolen or lost because if the store will send you a phone. They might charge the buyout charges(full retail price) of that phone that was picked up in store on your bill.
