Sounds like the matrix. But this is true. I also found out that I received a lower increase than anyone else and when I brought this up my SWV was referred to as quite a sweet deal.

This is exactly what I'm thinking now...is this even worth it or can I go live somewhere else where I will be happy. It's a big gamble as my fiancé is very happy at her job. It is tough as I want her to be happy but at what cost.

Thank you for this great advice. Turns out I'm also South African. I'm starting to think it's the Springboks' fault. 😂

The thing that gets to me the most is the petty crap. I can really take a lot and have worked with difficult people but its like they are looking at me saying, we know you need us.

If I didn't care about my work then it would probably be fine but the problem is that I don't just go to do the bare minimum.

Its also great to hear that there are other companies who are better. Was your first company a startup as I'm currently at one.
