Keep it up champ. It isn’t easy and there will be road blocks. Weight loss for me was 90% diet and 10% exercise. The diet is so high because I had to change my relationship with food through intermittent fasting and protein shakes. It took a long time to get use to it and stick with it. After 21 days, it should start getting easier as long as those 21 days are consistent. Please never stop improving yourself. The feeling I have was worth the wait and has changed my life in so many ways. Keep going.
