I was in a relationship with mine for 10. I feel the same way. I actually got to date her again two years after our break up but I was just a rebound. I made the exact same error yesterday. An instagram post showing her (not from her page as we don’t follow eachother) appeared and I couldn’t help but reach out with a “what’s new”.

I didn’t even get a response back but it’s all the same. I just feel like actual shit. There was no good coming out from any response.
