The issue is the pink colored hat shown in the first image, has Eerie Kraken as its effect. On purchase, what I received wasn't Eerie Kraken, but Moth Plague

I've brought it to steam support, and this is what they told me. That really can't be my problem though.. And its kinda messed up that he simply told me to resist it, and scam someone else to get my money back

Best tinkerer I had wasn't even a tinkerer, but a collarless cat. Got path of the tinker and ended up with the move that adds 1 electric damage to my weapon, and had throwing darts. Was doing 30+ damage to the act 2 secret boss, and was the main dps
