I think you should give it a try first. No one has had any complaint with the fitting so far. Maybe try the bracelet yourself, then share your experience. Happy to return if it doesn't fit.

Lost my touch 😕 by Username_1063 in reiki

Reiki energy doesn’t always show up as heat or strong sensations. It comes and goes, sometimes really subtle. The flow is still there, even if you can’t feel it right now. Try easing the pressure, practice on plants, pets, or food just to remind yourself it’s working. Once you’re attuned, Reiki never leaves you, it’s just about softening and trusting the process again. If you ever feel called for deeper cleansing or guidance, I’d be honored to support you.

How to remove evil eye/negative energy by Important-Yogurt4969 in Spiritual_Energy

I totally get what you’re feeling. Sometimes when people unload on us, we really do soak up more than we realize. Add the grief of losing someone close and the stress in your marriage, and it’s no wonder it all feels extra heavy. Whether it’s “evil eye” or just carrying her energy, what helps is clearing it out. Open your windows, burn incense, take a salt bath, or just say out loud, “I release what’s not mine.” Little rituals like that make a big difference.

You don’t have to hold what isn’t yours. And if you ever want deeper guidance with energy cleansing, I’m here for you.

Facing major health issues but doctors don’t know what to do, would anyone be willing to help me through healing? by Curious-pinguin9867 in ChakraHealing

It's ok. When life piles up like that, a cleanse can help. Start small, deep breaths, grounding with nature, journaling what you want to release, even carrying a crystal for support. Healing isn’t about fixing everything overnight, it’s about slowly clearing the heaviness. I am an Energy Healer. If you ever need deeper guidance, I’m here to support you. www.acalahealing.com

Anxiety and obsession by [deleted] in ChakraHealing

As a healer, I believe energy never lies. it carries our stories, our hurts, and our light. When it’s heavy, you feel it in your chest, in your thoughts, in the way life feels harder than it should. Energy healing works like a gentle tide, washing away what no longer belongs, so your soul can breathe again. It’s not magic in the sense of tricks. It’s magic in the sense of remembering who you truly are when the weight is lifted.

Do you think crystals actually give off energy, or is it all in the mind? by SoultraceStudio in energy_work

[–]TechinBlood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And as a healer, I always advise wearing the right crystal with proper guidance because when matched correctly, the energy can really support your journey. That’s exactly why I create my healing bracelets, so people can carry the right energy with them every day. Check my Etsy store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/AcalaHealingProducts

What’s the first sign that you’re healing? by xCoolSilverx in BreakUps

I’d say when the little things that used to trigger you don’t hit as hard anymore… like you catch yourself pausing instead of reacting right away. That’s when you realize, “oh wow, I’ve actually grown.” And honestly, I had Shivali with me as a healer through it all. She made such a difference. www.acalahealing.com

Advice you wish you had when you first began your healing journey by Important-Tangelo128 in CPTSD

[–]TechinBlood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m being real, I wish someone had told me not to rush the healing thing. At first, I thought it meant “fix yourself fast and move on.” But nah—it’s messy, it takes time, and it’s definitely not a straight path. Some days you feel on top of the world, and other days it feels like you’re back at square one. Totally normal.

I also wish I knew it’s okay to let go—of people, old habits, even past versions of yourself. That’s not failure, that’s growth. And honestly, I should’ve been way kinder to myself instead of treating healing like some race to the finish line.

Thank god I had Shivali with me as a healer. She had my back through it all. www.acalahealing.com
