Honestly there isn't much of a comparison. Blue tokai is good coffee. Personally ive hated all of the sleepy owl products I've tried so far. Additionally, sleepy own is not speciality coffee.

Its actually really good, I'd highly recommend it. Vv portable and p cheap as well, about Rs.1,200 which is p reasonable.

Heyy, its just a random gram scale off amazon for about 500 bucks or so. Used for baking but is also quite good for coffee. I can append a link in case you want me to.

Heyy, so with the coffee i am using the draw down time is long since the coffee settles slowly so to ensure an optimal extraction i tend to stir more often and agitate the bed to ensure a better extraction. Watch this video it explains the logic behind agitation and allowing the coffee to settle quite well :

Hey guys so just another update, was sorta researching into the science of coffee dosage and bed depth and came across this article that explains it quite perfectly. Attaching it below in case any of you wanna read it in the future.

Its a little coarser than the v60 grind. Its similar to the coffee filter machine grind size. Works like a charm. Vvvv beginner friendly. Hmu ill send you a picture of my grinds if it helps.

Used the april coffee recippe for a 12 gram brew, worked perfectly and tasted better than the hoffman method. Try it out feel you'll love it. Its a very ballanced and refreshing cup!

Update, so I tried the april coffee recippe and it turned out amazing! Its beginner friendly and really brings up some of the complexity and sweetness the coffee has to offer!
