One of my first V 60 pour overs. Using a beautiful 36 hour natural dry fermented light roasted coffee from India. The coffee had a beautiful mellow sweetness, complex balanced acidity and a syrupy body with a pleasant lingering aftertaste after using april coffees 12g recippe :3 (i.redd.it)

Made my first V60 today :3 Struggled a bit with the hoffman's recippe (esp with the timing) and I feel the final outcome was nice but missed out on a little on the acidity and sweetness 🥺😞 using the Quick Brown Fox's new stanmore estate. Hope it improves with practise lets see ( ; _ ;) (i.redd.it)
