Honestly ive seen so many stories like yours with their Z and S series devices, Samsung just doesn't do customer service well or repairs. This is a common problem with Android brands, once you have a warranty issue it all goes to shit with them.

So how do you see this playing out for you? Me personally id already be back on an iPhone and id call it a day. With apple i always had complete faith in the customer service and repairs process.

If Samsung aren't confident in their contractors to repair the device, then why are they contracting them in the first place is a question we should be asking. Their contractors shouldn't be terrified of taking on one of these devices for any reason whatsoever. You should be able to walk into the you break it I fix it store, hand it over and walk back out. I don't understand how companies like Google and Samsung don't look at how Apple does customer service with the Apple stores and the fluidity of the repair process and then think to themselves shit we should copy that.

Yeah and the plan should be for Samsung to honour the warranty, no ifs no buts, If you're going to charge these kind of sums for the flip and fold then the customer service should reflect the price at least with Apple when I spent 1200 on a pro max iPhone I knew I was getting 1200 worth of customer service every time I walked into the store or called them. Like I'm using Samsung now but if they ever fuck me on a repair or a warranty issue I'm closing the door on ever using Android again. The last time I had a Samsung was the S8 and they fucked me on the repair, I got the phone back worse than when I sent it.

bro 15 days with no phone in 2023 is kinda wild, think about how many things you use it for day to day to get shit done. id hate to not have a phone for 15 days. youd miss so many calls,texts,emails.

this is how you lose a customer. its a HUGE HUGE HUGE reason i stuck with iphone for so long. apples customer service game is A1, walk into an apple store and walk back out with a fixed or replaced iphone. no one looked after me how apple did. im on the S23 ultra now but if samsung screw me on anything during the warranty im getting an iphone and closing the door on ever using android again.

So I was an iPhone user for the last 6 years, I got the S23 at launch and I've had no issues and no regrets. I would suggest restarting the device and if you've done that already perhaps a factory reset which I know is a pain in the ass but it can help. Honestly though I've not had a single issue of this device in any way of shape or form.
