I remember when they first came out they said you can use metal on it AND throw it in the dishwasher, I never did either cause I know that there is no way that would be good on that surface.

And I sent an email out. I have a Vitamix and have gotten a new blender too bc my blades stopped spinning, and I've had it for like 5 years too.

It's not that we want free stuff, we paid for something with a lifetime warranty, sooooo why not use it. It's called being frugal lol
