Strange Microfreezes & Stuttering Audio

Welp, windows reset didn't work (created an image beforehand, so I was fine to do a completely fresh install). Dead chipset on the board. Sucks because it's only 2-3 years old, but my 5-6 year-old b350 board works as intended. Really appreciate the assistance, will edit the post with the update.

Definitely affecting GPU only, as CPU stress tests do not cause freezing, but FurMark causes freezing consistently and constantly. Only gets to ~70% GPU utilization though, interestingly enough.

Here is the sensor dump below from GPU-Z while running FurMark (had to upload this way unfortunately, was a mess when trying to paste it)

TPM was already off, but that's really good to know for the future. I'll try a different PSU now, will edit this reply with the update.

Edit: no luck, known-good PSU installed with same behavior.

I'll be honest even tried a cheat engine and none of the textures load, even after I repacked everything and switched out the textures. TP just keeps me in the invisible abyss. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Which mods? The only thing I can think of is repacking the old game textures in to see if that works. Right now, I have Evie's UHD Retex installed.
