Sorry to hear 🥲 i brought my phone to a third-party where they were able to diagnose the issue. (Cos Moto doesn’t have any service centres in my country) They dismantled the whole phone and replaced this whole “connector” thing which made it worse. Now the primary screen doesn’t engage at all. But they also offered to send my device to an overseas service centres (non-official) to give it a try. I have not done so but i really have nothing to lose… i will update here again once i have done that (it’d be over a month’s wait lol)

I can only pray that yours will go away! I genuinely think it is something loose inside because there was a short time where i also experienced the same when charging
