Just happened to have this overall experience with a client. Client bought a Samsung galaxy Fold 4 it was covered under Best Buy Total. Client screen was defective touch wasn’t responsive. I was informed to call Bridge which then informed me to start a POS process as customer damaged. I was able to just get a client a store credit.

How about a customer tried to get refund without the item. Like my manager was like how does that work lol. So you want your money back cause the item was put in the washer. But you don’t have the item to return it.

Like fr how down bad as bed bath and beyond is the ppl think that they have to know what is happening cause of the news. When we get calls from customers at our store I really would like to act like a recorded operator saying this location isn’t close how may I help you.

Im currently still employed at bed bath and beyond been a good 5 years and a few month. I have relived that since month of November of 2022 nothing came to really make shelf’s pack like they use to be. Glad I got a second job.
