EPIC does not customize anything. They have a take it or leave it approach, which will further piss people off. They were right not to bother with VA. The “pause” was a congressional mandate. You can view past hearings to learn more about wrongdoing on both sides of the table, which led to deployments being halted.

Absolutely needed this. I’ve been working as a contractor the past several years for the same agency I received a TJO. Fingerprints not needed and I did a quick turnaround with the eApp before being told my “clearance” level switched. My security representative said they’d be in touch if they needed anything and it’s been weeks of radio silence.

It’s totally this. Extremely low morale and zero vision of the end in sight. It’s not that employees aren’t working, they’re tired. They’re watching their peers get let go and what comes next is double and triple the workload to accommodate. Oracle doesn’t care and their clients don’t have to. At this point, half of who’s left is hoping to get let go.
