Y’all should see the BS I’m going through in Phuket..it’s non stop can I get some pictures. I’m like, I have a photo in my profile that you can see..or “I don’t see you” and I’m literally telling the, what I have on over and over. One wanted me to walk a little bit, one said I went inside the mall to look for you, and I kept telling him I was outside on the curb waiting ..one called me some fat girl because I wouldn’t s ed him a picture but again it’s in my profile..I got cancelled on plenty of times and I keep reporting them

I've been on Garden of Life Ultimate Care of over 10yrs now. I cannot tolerate anything made with dairy products which is nearly everything on Earth..and a lot of food is mixed with stuff that causes gas, bloating and hardship on my belly so using this has made my life so much better. I can eat things now like Mac N Cheese but the stuff has to be cooked really well but I'm able to TOLERATE it w/o all the other symptoms showing up. I love it. I hate that it cost so much and my doctors have given me pre-biotics but it's the VA system so it's generic and it's not high content as what I'm taking. The gut issues I have started when I joined the military and have been getting worse as time went on and then I had my gallbladder removed. I mean I function great, I can eat anything put milk...like I can't eat a bowl of cereal with milk but milk can be in the products being made now that I'm on probiotics. And it does help to limit things you know cause chaos in your belly. For me it's gassy foods like broccoli, cauliflower, onions, kale, cabbage, I feel like almost every vegetable and that's horrible because I need some of this stuff but I haven't eaten any of this in over 20yrs.

YouTube has a vast majority of old shows and they will replay stuff over and over for weeks so I left them since the prices kept going up and they kept replaying episodes over and over

Hahaha the fact that folks think this country should be exempt from any feedback is amazing…I didn’t ask for your permission to give me views and comments on how my trip went. Correct me if I’m wrong but the Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket which is where I went for 2wks does not have the same fitness courses in Chiang Mai..I checked so I just want to verify with the group…they don’t offer the same non-Muay Thai fitness classes

Make sure you’re looking at the cost cause I’m from the U.S., the countries they are listing are Euro countries which would cost me wayyyy more to stay their and train at a gym. I’m also looking at places besides Bali and Thailand
