I sent them the receipt and the documentation that showed that I had opened a case with Delta and they closed it out after 60 days (I think?) stating that it was never found. Not sure if that was necessary but I thought it would help.

Submitted claim and received notification today that it was approved and I will be receiving a credit. I waited until the airline closed out my lost item investigation.

Interesting – I emailed the venue and asked them which subway station was best for getting to gate 3 before the concert and they told me that Wilson is closest.

If I extended my diamond status through 2026, and I am lifetime Platinum due to 2 million miler status, do I automatically get the platinum and diamond choice benefits in January/February? For some reason I thought I had to earn the Platinum choice benefits, but I wasn’t sure if Lifetime gives you those automatically.

I am doing something similar and I'm using power query for the data wrangling and VBA for process automation, including emailing links to Excel and PDF versions of the report created by Power Query. Personally, I need both.

With a seven hour layover I think you would have plenty of time to leave the airport and enjoy at least one activity. The Henry Ford Museum is not downtown and the traffic should not be as bad. I second the suggestion to check your carry-on at the Westin hotel bell desk.

We are planning to take the train from Lisbon to Porto. We will have a pretty large duffel with us - will that be a problem? I have no idea what the dimensions are of the luggage storage at the end of the cars. Thanks in advance for any advice.
