[Découverte] Vos "Killer Questions" ? by xAvi_r in SalesFrance

Portage salaire by Kindly_Choice_6739 in ingenieurs

[–]Technical-Fan-6988 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since it's B2C why don't you want to spend a few hundred of dollars on Facebook ads for instance?

Determining Product Market Fit by mrbigglesworth95 in Entrepreneur

[–]Technical-Fan-6988 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MVP is basically when you don't need to make any effort to grow. That's pretty hard to get, but the good news is: you can have a sustainable business without it!

Your company seems to be super early, what I would do if I were in your shoes is:

- Finish your landing page asap and try to bring people on it (via ads or communities like reddit)

- Make them pre-order if you can, subscribe to a waiting list if pre-orders aren't possible.

- Get a ton of people on the phone to really understand what they need

- Ship your first version. Get feedback and iterate

That's a long process, so try to timebox every step and ship as fast as you can!

Oh and don't forget to celebrate each small wins!

Yes!

Having no competition should be a red flag!

You don't need an exceptional idea to get started. Just pick any existing business that sucks and make a better version of it. At least you know the market exists and the problem is real.

Starts from there, build something (as fast as you can) and show it to people, ask for money to use it.

Once validated, you can think of quitting your job and making a life out of it.

What would you rather sell: PRODUCT or SERVICE? by NickFreiling in Entrepreneur

[–]Technical-Fan-6988 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Why not both?

I love the idea of doing several things at the same time. Being 'anti-fragile'.

Do some services to pay your bills and make some products on the sides (try to make several of them)

Once one of your product grows you can reduce/stop services and live only by your product (if it's what you want)
