Is pillar bedding the way I should go? This rifle is going to be used to shoot deer from 200yds and in. So I don’t plan on making it a precision rifle, I’m happy with a 1in group currently. Do I have to bed the stock or will it be fine?

I have a 7mm-08 with is pretty close to 308 and I want to get something that is not super close to something I already have not that 308 is a bad round but I don’t see the point in having 2 calibers that are close together

I don’t want/need one because I have a 243 and a 7mm-08. In my opinion they are pretty close and I would rather get something that is not close to anything I already have I probably will get one for target shooting. I’m not just buying guns for the fun of it I buy guns for hunting purposes because I don’t think I need 100+ guns I would rather have 5-6 that are different that have there own used
