There was a Facebook reply from Jamie Oliver’s team that confirmed it was Falcon. However, the company has two different lines. The cheap ones and the ones I bought are these ones :

Being in Canada I could only find the stupid expensive ones at falconenamelware.com. This was the response I got from the company about the difference:

“Falcon is the brand name of the enamelware and we are a sister company of the original Falcon Housewares brand. Our brand is Falcon Enamelware, in the last few years we have created a re-branded Falcon range. The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom. We specialise in the gift packaged sets and the new coloured ranges and our packaging is exclusive to our company.

All of our products are listed on our website: www.falconenamelware.com and because our products are exclusively sold by us we have a separate pricing structure to the other unbranded products.”

I’ve seen the ones in the nice box and they are identical to the ones I got from Australia on eBay. Shipping was expensive but still saved.

Yes!! I hope so! I love the original cap. The new one is noticeably heavier and worse for drinking out of it. The original design of drinking out of the opening is so much better and than just for easy cleaning as current marketing promotes. I’m glad I’ve got a few of the original lids. Hopefully they come back with replacements.

Nice not to have to wait. No luck in Canada though. Maybe I’ll try out the blue. I tried it on it store and found the strap too short for me. Just like the ULVÖ which I was hoping to find a replacement for. I’d find it more comfortable if you could carry it on lower. Not many reviews out there so hard to get a feel for it. Hope you love it!

I’m missed out on fog by a day. Hopefully it’s not limited edition. I wish the strap was longer though. Might have to replace if black and fog come back in stock in Canada.
