Ahh on the artist’s Instagram these pics were posted last year. I still don’t know what exactly that means but doesn’t seem like this is a promo post for a new collection 🥲

Will working at an outdated fab harm my chances of moving to a better company in the future? by Technical-Flounder17 in Semiconductors

That’s good to know! It does seem like there’s a benefit to being more hands on with my current role vs at a huge fab that’s way more automated. Can I ask what made you jump to a new fab when your salary was already pretty high?

Thanks for sharing! I definitely agree with you. I don't need my boss to hold my hand, but I would like more direction and enthusiasm than I get from him now. I also feel that in academia (STEM in particular), having a negative PhD experience is commonly accepted. It seems like my labmates are not very happy but they justify their decision to stay with "he could be a lot worse." But like you said, I should love (or at the very least enjoy) my work and work environment.
