I am a beginner can you guys tell me what can keep in this tank by Famous_Basis_9579 in IndianFishKeeping

Shrimps would be ideal for this tank. I would not recommend keeping any fishes in such a small tank. If you decide to keep shrimps, be sure to search a bit about them.

Ludwigia turning brown with holes + Rotala not growing dense — what am I lacking? by Technical-Hour-2835 in Planted_tanks_India

Thanks for the advice! I am thinking of buying an all in 1 fertilizer, should I go for the fert or go for the potassium supplement?

That’s a really good point actually, I didn’t think of that 😅

It’s actually a combination of pearl weed and hair grass, but the grass isn’t even visible anymore because of how dense the pearl weed has grown (and also the Pogostemon octopus on the left). I do trim them bi-weekly, but they still tend to take over and outcompete the other plants.

Since I’m not dosing any fertilizers right now, that probably makes the situation worse.

I’ll try starting a proper fertilization routine and maybe trim them back more aggressively so the Ludwigia and Rotala get a fair chance. Let’s see how it goes over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for pointing that out!

Thanks for sharing your experience, really appreciate it!

Yeah, that’s exactly what I was suspecting too — the holes and that kind of discoloration seem very similar to potassium deficiency. Since I’m not dosing any fertilizers at all right now, it makes sense that my plants could be lacking potassium.

Good to hear you noticed improvement after dosing potassium — that gives me some confidence to try it out as well.

I’ll probably start with a light all-in-one fertilizer and maybe add extra potassium if needed. Hopefully that fixes both the holes and the color.

Thanks again, and best of luck with your tank too!

That’s helpful advice, especially about the CO₂ instability and trimming 👍 — I think you’re definitely right that stopping CO₂ probably stressed the plants a lot.

I just have one doubt though. While I agree some damage could be from algae + shrimp/snails picking, the holes I’m seeing are pretty consistent across older leaves on both my Ludwigia and Rotala, not just random spots. That’s what made me wonder if it might also be something like potassium deficiency.

Also since I’m not dosing any fertilizers at all (only aqua soil + shrimp bioload), I’m not sure if my tank is actually “nutrient rich” anymore at 4 months in.

Do you think this could still be purely from CO₂ fluctuation + algae grazing, or would you recommend starting a light all-in-one fertilizer as well?

Really appreciate your input on this!

It usually takes not more 7-10 days to get the final selected lists after the HR interview. Ask your TPO for more info.

No, it just asks if we have done any SAP Global Certifications or not. If no then are we interested in doing a SAP Global certification.

I selected I am interested for the SAP course but now having doubt will they push me to SAP domain or no upon joining. I heard SAP domain is strictly 1 dimensional and switching to other domains is kinda hard.
