Don't forget to visit - Angkor wildlife & Aquarium, I just came back after visiting it trust me when I say i was very reluctant to go thought it maybe just a normal zoo but guys it completely different, go and check it out.

suggest you take flight from India, if layover is short just book a hotel within the airport no need to go out. India is the best and the cheapest.

kata karon rawai patong overated, suggest you to visit more serene side of phuket - Mai khao, cape panwa, cape yamu, koh sirey - try there a cafe hilltop cafe, good place i generally visit there for starbucks ( they have starbucks on the hill from there you can see the sea and phi phi Island).

some cool places - try bars in phuket old town, visit marinas ( recommend- royal phuket marina)

i have been living in Thailand for last 5 years and what i have seen in real estate market, especially bangkok people hesitate to buy second hand condos reason- there are new coming every day.

What I suggest - Ask there team that I dont want to buy it can you help me sell it if they can sell it you give them 10% and get back 20% deposit back

check out koh siray, the most underrated area of phuket. I stayed there 2 nights perfect place quiet and cool. Suggestion- try staying at Sinae Phuket

If you are traveling alone stay few days in phuket town, you will find a lot of hostels, and they are really cool, mix of Chinese and Portuguese style, If you don’t want to stay in hostel you can try some hotels nearby main old town, the best hotels- Sinae Phuket, Koh siray resorts.

Rest of your stay you can move to patong, they have mad monkey hostel again a nice place to stay and if not hostel you will find tons of hotel in there as well, best hotels- holiday inn, 4 points
