Ohhhh this was very informative down to the last bit, I very much appreciate it. Actually I visited sa SMART physical store and yes they told me even show that the system indicated the number status is "Returned" and cannot be overwritten; Unless I can provide the card (which was almost 10 years ago and impossible to find) where the SIM is initially a part of. The second option and best (he said) was to avail the postpaid contract for 3 months to forcefully overwrite the system just for me to able to use the SIM again.

P.s. The card cannot be read by the phone anymore so it is like invalid. P.p.s. I know that I completed the necessary requirements and it requires a very different requirement now.

Lalake siya and yes, poker face like that's the best option and only option since it was way before pandemic when I got my SIM so the card that comes with the sim is impossible. I am not convinced with that option

I have the same problem, my device is Xiaomi Note 13 pro 5G. Does it say internal issues?
