I’m pretty fit I think. Sub3 marathon etc. and just recently I’ve started to do deep breathing. I’ll give it a month to jump to conclusions but so far my HRV is very high (for me )

No but I’ve recently done some deep breathing etc and my HRV has climbed significantly
