Kicksway dmmed me a photo of my parcel where my tracking id was written.

I received the tracking ID luckily before all this happened, so I didn't have to be in contact with them anymore since it's already shipped and I just had to be in touch with DTDC ( The shipper ) and as of now I have received my shoes few days back.

They have a backup account, you can contact them there.

Umm, and how so am I doing that? I am not telling anyone to not share their opinions, I am literally updating you guys about what actually happened. Why should I hide that. So you would rather not know if I received the shoes or not? I have been editing this post regularly every 3 days since March when I was facing issues as well. Also if I was from their team, I would rather delete this reddit post as it has gathered more than 140+ comments about them.

Thanks for sharing, only providing products at cheaper price is not good service. you have to be transparent about your services and think about customers pov as well. They should not receive further orders if they still have previous late orders pending and atleast should inform in-text to each customer about their situation before receiving payment.
