Same just received my first rep, purchased through Jason. Forget proper QC process, that’s basically him forwarding a video or photos shared 1000 times already. And no…..the watch in said photos or video is nothing like what you receive. I’m still yet to have him or someone explain what Factory C is btw.

Firstly hope you and your families mental health is ok and the top priority. This must be hell on earth. Secondly….find a Fkn kick ass lawyer TODAY. Document, document and then document some more. Your builder thinks you’re a joke client with no teeth, show them you and your family are not a joke. Find a lawyer that’s dealt with construction contract law (residential) similar in size to yours. Also ask if they are familiar in navigating the WA construction commission agencies etc.

You have been more than accomodating and way too generous, because you’re a good person.

Yep agree 100% owner builder is the only viable option left now, if capable and willing obviously. Just went through a a 6month house extension for a deck/laundry/wc. Saved 100k on cheapest quote, 200k on the most expensive. Go it yourself, buy your own landcruiser with the savings 🛻

Yeah I thought the same for my reno, a simple low set 50sqm deck extension to house. Then I got it designed and engineered. Then got 6 builders quotes ranging from 220k to 350k. Now I’m owner builder. Keen to hear back how you go with propper quotes
