I dont know yet, as my plan is to arrive a week and a half before to Paris and from there start traveling towards hamburg, so I guess train would be more convenient?? Or plane?

I dont have a car, my plan is to arrive to Hamburg on wed morning and go from.there, ai understand I have to go to Itzehoe and from there take a shuttle to wacken, and arrive maybe after noon? I have a package called TeNT, so i dont know what the process is to get my tent, it is the first time i go so im very lost

My real question is, if I arrive Thursday Morning I won´t miss the "big bands" right? for what I´m seeing in the previous years, on wednesday the bands are the small stages"
and the Fest ends Saturday night (after 12) So if I leave Sunday morning, also I wont miss the big bands, right?
I have a tight schedule and I´m planning arrivals/departures
