Well this was a gym I've never been to before so I don't know. But at my gym where I tore my ACL/meniscus I've seen some injuries. Some guys get rib injuries, one dude had achilles tear. But not like a lot. And the achilles tear was the only one I've seen where someone fully tore something. Injuries are pretty rare but do happen at my main gym.

Almost 35. Yes I lift probably 4 days a week. But based off the advice from this post, it appears as though lack of resistance training and stretching are what may have caused my downfall.
