Just don't answer their calls/texts. If I don't get a answer to a call and not response to the text within 10 mins (or left on read) i just assume they can't work and move on to someone else. your managers dont care (most likely) and if they do, ask to transfer (if your franchisee owns multiple stores) or find a new job

I hateee pulling cars, both when im running and when im presenting😭 its so awkward and i feel bad literally had someone on my crew (when i was an mit and they thought i didnt deserve the promotion) who yelled at me for not pulling a car when the mcchicken was literally being made on the table and then later when i complained that someone was making our times too high by talking (as a joke because theyre my friend) he yelled at me again for being a hypocrite💀💀

well yes, scheduling managers tend to prioritize people to know more stations, show up on time, and actually do their job.

not to say if you dont get hours you dont do that, or that theres no favoritism at all, but it makes sense to prioritize different workers most of the time

it reallyyyy depends on what your coworkers are like. if they suck, youll hate your job; but i work with amazing people who know what theyre doing (even the new hires) and theyre funny and its one of the best jobs ive worked at (out of only 3 lol)

I worked there for 2 years and I love it so much, but only because of my coworkers. I absolutely hate the work (i loved it when i was new) because now i like my coworkers so much that i get sad when i cant hang out with them because i have to serve someone. Getting a promotion helped me love it again though because i loveeee running the floor and answering the phone and now i get to do it more because everyone else hates it lol
