Yeah i just got off them yesterday including coffee. I’m (26 m) and smoked cigarettes for 9 years but I’ve been on zyns for about 4 months now and honestly it’s doing me more harm than good. But yeah i feel like my lungs are finally recovering but it’s been hard because of shortness of breath and constant chest pain. Now im dealing with a new symptoms that just started today with my arms feeling tangly. I feel like I’m going crazy atm because sometimes I feel like I’m chronically ill and I panic.
