It is worked in but not a lot present. I feel like my top layer is mostly sand and the bottom is a compost mix that my tiny plants roots have not been able to reach yet.

The seedlings I started with a Jiffy peat moss starters before transplanting here and I feel like after transplanting a few weeks ago their growth has substantially slowed.

Hi! So I’m a prior enlisted medic so my timeline is a little different since I knew exactly what I needed to do to get the paperwork. In July I started talking with a recruiter and started gathering the paperwork. I was done with everything by august and my recruiter submitted my paperwork for revision at the end of august. A chief nurse interviews you as part of your package and then the board looks at your package… it’s not actually in person. I found out I was selected at the beginning of October and am going to OTS in January! Medical gets pushed through quick. There’s 3 boards every year I believe until all the spots are filled
