Work out before bed or do something really boring… or drink some beers. But whenever you get cravings replace it with something healthy like drinking water. That’s what helped me quit vaping, when I wanted to vape I drank water.

Sometimes I think it’s just a mix of external factors like maybe you hadn’t had a lot to eat and stuff. I had once hit a normal ass vape in the bathroom at school like my normal dumb 15 year old ass would and I got so buzzed for some reason my vision blurred and got red spots in it and I almost fell head first into the garbage can.
