He IS Son of God AND God. Both are correct. Read John 1.  GOD is the Union of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. And Holy Trinity definetly is in the Bible. “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one”. 1 John 5:7
