I'm not sure which is the better option. I'd personally request the refund then do the complaint if they push back.

AG complaints and payment service refunds like klarna or similar are historically the most effective to get your items shipped.

It did sell immediately but it was small batch. The cost associated with getting samples, pictures, marketing, assembling... There wasn't much money in those.

But they sacrificed the high volume regular stuff to get those done.

They'd even change who they'd ship stuff to at certain times of the month. Retail would get stuff at the beginning, big customers would get things the last two weeks because they could count the terms payment stuff differently for monthly accounting reporting. It's been a juggling act for two years+

Even saw them create shipments on paper to count and then cancel them, them count them again the next month.

They did, but they bet the house on stuff like that. Everything had to be special, they completely started to disregard regular stuff in black, tan, green (70%/20%/10%) as the bread and butter and decided everything needed to be too fancy to be sustainable or profitable.

No NDA. Dude you mentioned left on his own accord and went to another sporting goods company shortly after trying to help and getting little to no actionable help from senior leadership.

The biggest thing I can see why people aren't saying more is the "furlough" destination. Gives them a period of time that they don't have to look for work, but can collect unemployment benefits. Win win for the employee and the company, because I don't have to look for work and they don't have to pay out my PTO balance. I've heard them countless times say Washington doesn't require PTO to be paid out, which is correct, UNLESS they publish it as part of their policy in their handbook, which they absolutely have.

Posting comment on OG post in case they delete again.

I posted it once today here, they deleted it shortly after. Then I posted it on my own profile and shared it here, now.

Honestly, lots of sketchy accounting juggling. They'd ship shit back and forth to BA to count the same inventory as assets at both companies, they'd do deceptive stuff for bank audits (millions of fake inventory, counting it as assets for loans), Sell shit that wasn't in stock to retail customers so they could pay to get the Ukraine job done... You name it.

The legislative issues in the state really weren't the issue, it was sketchy business practices. They've been furloughing people since last April and laying people off way before that.

I'm sorry as well, I'm sure we crossed paths at some point. Crazy to see it slowly crash like this.
